HOUSE BILL NO. 169                                                            
"An Act relating to including the costs of expansion activities and           
political activities in rates of electric cooperatives."                       
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 169(L&C)                                                
"An Act relating to electric and telephone cooperatives, including            
expansion activities and political activities of electric and                  
telephone cooperatives; and providing for an effective date."
